To make your move-in day smooth and stress-free, here’s everything you need to know before you settle into your new home.

Check-In Process

Arrival & Greeting

When you arrive, head to the Main Lobby where our team will be waiting to greet you. We’ll guide you through the check-in process and answer any questions you have.

ID & Booking Verification

Have your photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) and booking confirmation ready for verification. This helps us make sure everything matches your reservation details.

Payment & Bond Confirmation

If you haven’t already, make sure your rental payment and RTA bond are completed before move-in. Our team can help you check your payment status on the spot if needed.

Key Collection

Once verified, you’ll receive your room keys or access card. Please keep it safe — replacement fees may apply for lost keys.

Room Inspection

Head up to your new room and take a few minutes to inspect the space. If you notice anything that needs fixing or cleaning, just let our team know right away through the EPIISOD Portal.

Settle In & Explore

You’re all set! Unpack, make yourself at home and explore your new surroundings.

Avoid Damage

Please don’t stick or hang anything on the walls to prevent marks or damage.

Electrical Safety

All electrical items must stay under 1,200 volts to avoid tripping safety switches.

Fire Safety

For everyone’s safety, charging e-scooters or bikes inside your room is not permitted.
